I was 3 months at Escuela Montalbán. I started from the very beginning and improved my Spanish very quickly thanks to a professionalism of the teachers and very well selected groups. The staff of the Spanish school was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Paco. The accommodation was provided by the school. In the apartment I lived with 4 Spanish persons. They were very friendly, kind and open-minded and helped me boost my Spanish and experience Spanish culture and traditions.
I was for 4 weeks at Escuela Montalban to follow a level intermediate B2 course. The quality of the lessons is really good since they offer only small classes and teachers are really friendly and knowledgeable! They only speak Spanish to you, therefore, it enforces you to speak and it develops your Spanish! The atmosphere in the school is great! The school is cozy and the teachers, people that work there are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and warm.
I just finished a 3 month Spanish course at Escuela Montalban. I enjoyed my time there a lot. The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff was really friendly, so that I felt welcome and like a part of the school comunity. I learned a lot. The lessons were effective and interesting and I liked the teachers. The school offered a lot of different activities, such as hiking, rock climbing and horse riding in Sierra Nevada National Park, Flamenco dancing, cooking classes or movie evenings. The activities make it easy to get to know the other students and to make new friends from all over the world. Granada is a great city. I love the tapas culture for example. With every drink you get a tapa for free. What I liked the most was hiking in the Sierra Nevada and dancing Salsa and Bachata. There are dance partys every night and I improved a lot while being here. Dancing Salsa helped me as well to make Spanisch friends and to use my new knowledges of the language. I was sad when I had to leave Escuela Montalban and Granada. I will come back for sure as soon as posible and I can recommend everybody to go there as well!
When I first came to Spain on the 3rd of September I was only know two words in Spanish: “Ola” which means “Hello”, and “Gracias”, which means ”Thank you”! I got enrolled on the Spanish courses in Escuela Montalban on the first week of October and now after one month I am happily able to communicate in Spanish with locals and foreigners who speak the language!
I've already been to some Spanish schools in Spain, but I've never felt as welcome as in the school Montalbán. In my opinion the great advantage of the Escuela Montalbán in Granada is its size. It is quite a small school, so if you look for personal and individual treatment, it's the perfect option. Concerning classes and progress in learning Spanish, they try to find the perfect level for you and don't mind to open a „new“ level for 3 students. A
Je dois dire que ce fut un séjour extraordinaire. L'école Montalban avait peu d'étudiants et nous avons donc pu travailler en groupes très restreints, dans des conditions idéales. Les profs sont disponibles et amicaux. Ils aiment et connaissent très bien leur belle ville. Je n'oublierai jamais la petite fête organisée par l'école: ambiance détendue, musique et pâtisseries espagnoles au programme! J'ai particulièrement apprécié cette ville magnifique aux accents arabes, gitans et chrétiens!
Este curso foi uma experiência única, não podia ter sido melhor. O ambiente que se vive na escola é algo inexplicável. As nossas escolas ainda têm muito que aprender. O relacionamento entre todos os que nela trabalham e os alunos que a frequentam é, como dizem nuestros hermanos, "de puta madre".
La Escuela Montalban a Granada e' stata una vera sorpresa, sin dal primo momento ho capito che mi trovavo in un posto speciale e ora che la mia esperienza e' terminata so di non essermi sbagliato. Al suo interno si puo' assaporare un mix azzeccatissimo di familiarità e professionalita' che consente allo studente di apprendere in tutta tranquillità una nuova lingua. Anche il rapporto tra gli stessi studenti e' ottimo, ciò grazie alle numerose attività che la scuola organizza.
