Our student house at Woodside has been completely upgraded to provide modern accommodation in a quiet location. The house is situated 18 minutes’ walk from the school and 25 minutes’ walk to the city centre, or less than 10 minutes by bus or subway train. The area has lots of shops and restaurants and is situated midway between the City Centre and Glasgow’s West End. It is close to Kelvingrove Park, and North Woodside Swimming Pool.
The house is on the ground floor, with two single bedrooms, large living area, kitchen and laundry facilities. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. There is also a small patio garden to enjoy the sun. The flat has been completely upgraded with new kitchen and bathrooms and every room has been redecorated. The accommodation is self-catering and students would be expected to keep the house clean.
A deposit is payable at the time of booking. This is returned to the student at the end of their stay if there is no damage to the house.
