- Services must be paid in full 21 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 1 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

- A cancellation fee of € 500 applies when a course is cancelled less than 30 week/s before the course commencement date.

Visa Refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge the same amount as specified in the normal cancelation charges, plus the cost of sending the invitation letter Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

CLASSES
2.1 In high season, some classes may be given in classrooms outside of our
facilities.
2.2 don Quijote’s management reserves the right to extend the timetable for
classes to 9 p.m.
2.3 In the rare event that only 1 or 2 students are enrolled in a course in the same
level group, the school reserves the right to change the group course into
a Private or Semi-private program. In this case, class hours will be reduced
by 50%.
ACCOMMODATION
In high season, the apartments and student residences may be substituted
by another type of accommodation at a corresponding price.
