How can I register with Language Bookings.com?
Signing up is a simple 3 step process.
1 Contact us at school@languageBookings.com. Your request will be reviewed and followed up by a member of the LanguageBookings.com Supply Team.
2 If your school is accepted by LanguageBookings.com, you will receive an invitation to log in to LanguageBookings.com extranet and sign the agreement.
3 Through your school access to LanguageBookings.com extranet, you will be able to complete your school profile, courses, accommodation, transfers and even special offers. After it has been completed, your school will go live and you will be able to amend the facilities, descriptions, rates, courses, etc. at all times.

Are there any charges to register my Language School?
We do not charge anything to register your school with Language Bookings. You only pay a commission over the booked tuition and/or service for your school through LanguageBookings.com

How do I update availability, seasonal rates and other information?
You can update availability and seasonal rates online via the LanguageBookings.com school extranet. Our multilingual team will assist you in making changes to content, seasonal rates and/or availability of courses and or accommodation. Video tutorials are as well available on the school extranet.

Where and when does the student pay for his/her school invoice?
A deposit, equivalent to our commission, will be charge to the student only at the time of booking. The student the balance directly to the school before the course start date.

How do I receive the information for a reservation?
You will receive the information by email (after a booking is made online). You will be able to accept or reject the reservation. If you accept the booking the student will pay the net price directly to your bank account.

What can I do to receive more business through LanguageBookings.com?
The order in which the Language School is listed on our website and partner distributors network is influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the commission percentage(to be) paid by the Language school, the Customer review scores, the minimum availability stated by the Language School, the number of bookings related to the number of visits to the relevant Language School page on the Website(the "Conversion"), the volume realized by the Language School, the ration of cancellations, the customer service history, the number and type of complaints from Customers and the history record of the Language School.
