The House is in central Sea Point, close to the beach-front and within walking distance of many restaurants, supermarkets, Laundromats, banks and public transport.
The House consists of 4 bedrooms, 1 with its own large en-suite bathroom and 3 that share a large family bathroom. There is a communal self-catering kitchen, TV lounge, dining room and terrace. It is ideal for students who want to be independent, but still stay with other students.
