•Oxford International Language School is an English school located in Oxford's main leisure district. The School welcomes students from all backgrounds and nationalities. The minimum age of students is 16, however, in the summer we run Junior Summer School for students aged 13

•17. Our offices are modern, innovative and fully equipped to deliver best quality lessons. Our teachers are highly qualified with several years of experience in teaching English as a foreign language. We take pride in having achieved high customer satisfaction through the professional service we deliver to our students.

Terms: Oxford International Language School

- Services must be paid in full 28 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 13 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee are non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund Policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 8 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee
- If a course is cancelled more than 28 days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 2 week tuition
- 2 week accommodation
- If a course is cancelled between 28 and 1 days before the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 3 week tuition
- 3 week accommodation

Visa Refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 200 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Comment réserver un cours de langue / logement?

Réserver avec nous est très facile. Vous devez juste vous rendre sur le lien de l'école par laquelle vous êtes intéressé. Où il est écrit "COURS" et ensuite "DEBUT" pour sélectionnez les dates quand vous voulez étudier. Sélectionnez ensuite le nombre de semaines.

Vous sélectionnez ensuite votre cours, et tout autre service optionnel comme le logement ou le transfert depuis l'aéroport. Si vous souhaitez ajouter ces services additionnels; vous devez descendre sur la page et vous rendre sur la section 'LOGEMENT'. Vous sélectionnez le type de logement que vous voulez (vous n'avez pas besoin de sélectionner les dates, elles sont les mêmes qie le cours - elles sont donc automatiquement sélectionnées).

Après le logement, vous avez une option: TRANSFERT. Cette option vous permet de réserver un transport pour être pris en charge à l'aéroport et être conduit à votre résidence ou famille d'accueil.

Une fois que vous avez sélectionné toutes ces options, vous verez sur le côté droit, un résumé de votre réservation avec toutes les informations sur le cours, le logement et les prix. L'acompte que vous aurez à verser sera également affiché ici. 

Il vous suffit maintenant de cliquer sur le bouton orange RESERVER et vous serez conduit sur une autre page pour compléter vos informations personnelles. Lors de votre réservation, vous aurez juste à verser un petit acompte. Ceci pour garantir votre place dans l'école et le logement. Vous pouvez payer soit par carte bancaire, acompte paypal ou virement bancaire. Cet acompte sera déduit du montant total. Le montant restant sera à payer au moins 15 jours avant le début de vos cours.

Quand les cours commencent-ils?
Les dates de début des cours de langue intensifs et standards sont généralement flewibles. Si vous avez déjà des connaissances de base, vous pourrez commencer chaque lundi de l'année dans la plupart des écoles. Si vous êtes débutant, les cours débutent 1 ou 2 fois par mois.
Vous devez être conscient que les écoles de langue ont plus d'étudiants en Juillet et Août, que le reste de l'année, ce qui signifie que les frais de cours et les prix des logements et le coût général de la vie sont souvent plus élevés à ce moment de l'année. 
Si vous souhaitez réserver un cours en Juillet ou Août, vous devez le faire très tôt: les écoles ont des places limitées, vous devez donc réserver longtemps en avance pour la haute saison. 
Les chances d'obtenir le logement que vous souhaitez sont aussi plus importantes si vous réserver votre cours tôt. Les logements à proximité de l'école sont généralement complets très rapidement. 

Les cours de langue pendant la basse saison (Septembre à Juin) sont non seulement moins chers mains ont aussi des classes plus petites. Si vous pouvez attendre cette période pour prendre des cours, vous paierez payer moins cher, et recevrez même un meilleur logement puisque la demande est moins importante.
