The Adults Beyond Programme (formerly 30+) is a dedicated English course designed for learners in their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond. It offers General English lessons in small groups, with a focus on creating a comfortable environment for mature students who wish to improve their English while connecting with peers of a similar age.

Alongside classroom learning, participants can enjoy a social activity programme, explore Cardiff’s rich culture, and stay in carefully selected accommodation options, either residence or homestay. The programme is ideal for students who want to enhance their language skills while experiencing the history and culture of Wales in a supportive and engaging setting.

‣ Spring: 11/05/2026 - 22/05/2026 (2 weeks)
‣ Summer: 03/08/2026 - 28/08/2026 (2 to 4 weeks)
‣ Autumn: 05/10/2026 - 16/10/2026 (2 weeks)
* The midday option will be in mixed age classes.

Terms: Celtic English Academy

- Services must be paid in full 28 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 1 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund Policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee.
- If a course is cancelled between 1 and 28 days before course start: % refund
- If a course is cancelled less than 1 days before the start date full price will be charged.
