Intensive General English

Politique d'annulation

- L'annulation doit être communiquée par écrit à l'école par la personne qui a réservé le cours.
- Aucun changement de cours ne pourront compenser les restitutions pour les annulations de cours.
- Lorsqu'une annulation est reçue 14 quelques jours après que l'inscription il y aura aucun remboursement que ce soit.
- Le dépôt est non remboursable.
- Frais d'inscription sont non remboursables.
- Les frais d'inscription sont non remboursables.
- Frais de réservation de logement ne sont pas remboursables.
- Après qu'un cours a commencé il y a aucun remboursement pour un logement ou un autre élément n'est réservé.
- Aucun remboursement de frais de scolarité n'est donnés pour le cas d'arrivée tardive, départ anticipé ou absences, pour une raison quelconque, des classes au cours de n'importe quel cours.
- Si un élève est absent pour une ou plusieurs semaines à la fois, des arrangements sont possibles pour la durée du cours d'étendre sans aucun coût supplémentaire.

Politique de remboursement

- Les réservations peuvent être annulées jusqu'à 2 semaines avant le début du cours sans pénalité ni frais.
- Frais d'annulation de € 250 s'applique lorsqu'un cours est annulé moins de 2 semaine/s avant la date de début du cours.

Refus de visa

- Dans le cas où un visa est refusé à l'étudiant, l'école vous facturera 250 Euro et le solde restant seront remboursés à l'étudiant dès réception d'une lettre de refus de VISA originale.

Autres conditions

Paying
Students who DO NOT need a Visa have to pay £80 for joining the college. (Registration fee)
Students who DO need a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) or Letter of Sponsorship (for visa) have to pay £200 for joining the college. (Registration fee)
Students who need a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) or Letter of Sponsorship (for visa) have to pay half their fees when joining the College.
The fees should be paid two weeks before you start your course.
If you pay by credit card you have to pay a 3.5% extra charge.
Fees do not include books, exam fees and most activities.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you want to cancel a course, you must do so in writing 2 weeks before you start the course to get a refund of your course fees.
If you cancel a course without telling us 2 weeks in advance you will not get a refund.
Refunds will only be given in the following circumstances:
Visa rejection - The Embassy Letter of Refusal must be sent to the College to apply for the refund. Please allow up to 6 weeks for processing visa refunds. The registration fee is NOT refundable.
Illness - if you are ill you will need to give us a valid certificate from a doctor.
Special personal circumstances will be considered at the discretion of the College Director.
The College will keep £200 for processing refunds and all bank charges must be paid by the prospective student. In all cases contact the College at the earliest opportunity as we may be able to help in other ways such as later start dates.
Visa Obligations
Attendance: Students granted a student visa must report to College on the date the course starts, and then attend at least 15 hours tuition per week. Students failing to comply with Visa Regulations will be reported to the UK Border Agency.
Accommodation
Homestay accommodation is organised by the College. A non-refundable £80 finding fee applies.
If you want to cancel your Homestay accommodation, you must do so in writing at least 2 weeks before you want to cancel the accommodation.
If you cancel a course without telling us 2 weeks in advance you have to pay up to 2 weeks of the accommodation fees.
Students must obey the Rules and Regulations of living in Homestay accommodation. A copy of these will be given to the student on arrival.
Insurance
The College accepts no responsibility for loss of property either within or outside the College.
Students are advised to purchase insurance, including medical insurance, before leaving their own country.
Students staying in Host Families should make sure that their insurance will cover any accidental damage to the property or possessions of the family.
General
The minimum student age is 5 years old.
Children will not be put in a class with adults.
The minimum age for adult classes is 16.
The maximum class size is 15 students.



The school closes for the last two weeks in December and the first week in January, and all UK bank holidays.
No fee reduction is made for weeks with a bank holiday.
The College’s social activities programme contains either free or low cost activities.
The number of organised social activities will vary at different times of year, with more available in summer and less in winter. See the notice boards for latest details.
In all cases the decision of the Directors will be final on all students and teachers.
The Student Handbook containing more about College policies is available on request; there is always a copy in the student study room.
