Semi Intensive Spanish

- Services must be paid in full 15 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bank charges are payable by students

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- Where a cancellation is received 1 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee are non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

- A cancellation fee of € 10% administration fee with a maximum of $200 applies when a course is cancelled less than 2 week/s before the course commencement date.

Visa Refusal

- The remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other Terms

Should the student require a visa, he must process the necessary documentation with the Panamanian embassy or consulate of the country concerned. EPA! Español en Panamá will provide the documents required from the school once the student has booked the course.

Instructional Hours
EPA! Español en Panama Intensive Spanish Group Programs consist of 15 or 20 group lessons per week scheduled from Monday through Friday. Each lesson is 50 minutes. For one-to-one program, each lesson is 60 minutes.
For the super intensive, intensive and semi intensive programs, if there is no group of the student´s level at the time the student starts classes or, at any time the student is alone in class continuously, the instructional hours will be reduced (one less lesson per day).

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

The application fee is non-refundable.
All tuition, except an administration fee of 10% of funds due under contract, with
a maximum of $50, will be refunded to a student if written notice of withdrawal
is received 2 weeks prior to commencement of studies.
All tuition, except a 10% administration fee with a maximum of $200, will be refunded
to a student who withdraws in writing from a course less than 2 weeks prior
to commencement of studies.
Fifty percent (50%) of tuition will be refunded to a student who withdraws or
is dismissed from a course that is up to 10% completed by the date of notice
of withdrawal/dismissal.
Thirty percent (30%) of tuition will be refunded to a student who withdraws or
is dismissed from a course that is up to 30% completed by the date of notice
of withdrawal/dismissal.
No refund will be granted to a student who withdraws or is dismissed from a course
that is more than 30% completed by the date of notice of withdrawal /dismissal.
Deferrals, postponements and mid-course breaks (maximum 12 weeks) will be
granted provided EPA! Español en Panama receives a written request at least
30 days prior to commencement, and may be subject to a $50 administration fee. The maximum study period is 6 months counted from the date of commencement of classes.


For group classes, those lessons to which the student is absent for reasons unrelated to school are not subject to recovery or refund. Similarly, the national and local holidays are not subject to recovery or refund.

For private lessons, classes accept cancellations without penalty provided that such cancellations are made in writing with 24 hours notice. Otherwise, the student will be penalized one hour of class. Under no circumstances can students make arrangements directly with the teachers.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of request, which must be in writing.
