Responsibilities

Digital Marketing:

  • Assist in developing and implementing online marketing strategies to promote our platform and partner schools.
  • Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Support email marketing campaigns, including drafting, segmenting, and analyzing performance.
  • Research trends and keywords to optimize website content and improve SEO performance.

Content Coordination:

  • Work with schools to gather information about their services and ensure they are presented effectively on our website.
  • Help maintain and update blogs and other platform content to attract users.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and create engaging promotional materials, including visuals and copy.

Customer Engagement:

  • Interact with potential students and schools on social media and other digital channels.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information about our platform’s services.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships and promotions to attract more users.

Requirements

  1. Language Skills:

    • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
    • Fluency in at least one additional language (Spanish, Italian, German, or French) is highly preferred.
  2. Skills and Attributes:

    • Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and online content creation.
    • Creative thinking and attention to detail.
    • Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and social media tools.

Content Management:

  • Assist in entering, editing, and updating information about language schools and their services on our platform.
  • Ensure all listings are accurate, engaging, and aligned with our quality standards.
  • Collaborate with schools to gather the necessary details for their profiles, such as course descriptions, pricing, and accommodation options.

Customer Support:

  • Act as a point of contact for school representatives, assisting them with inquiries and providing guidance on using the platform.
  • Communicate with schools to resolve issues and ensure their satisfaction.
