- Services must be paid in full 1 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 1 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee

Visa Refusal

- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed more than days before the start date, the following charges will apply:

- The remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other Terms

Politique de remboursement : Vous êtes remboursée à 100 % du montant total payé pour les frais institutionnels, moins les frais de traitement non remboursables de 100 $ et un frais d'annulation de 200 $, si un avis d'annulation est fait de leur participation aux sessions première classe ou le septième jour après l'inscription, si celle-ci est postérieure.

Si, après l'annulation ci-dessus date limite, la politique de remboursement pour les étudiants qui ont obtenu 60 % ou moins de la période de participation sera un remboursement pro rata, un frais d'annulation de 200 $ et la taxe de STRF
